Job description, responsibilities and duties

Operational risk & Control unit provides a reasonable assurance of the efficiency and consistency of the risk analysis and permanent controls set up.

Operational risk & Control Officer manages, monitors and reports the operational risks.

Main function or role of the job are:

•To have unique opportunity to participate on the strategic project of the bank.
•To cooperate on the establishment of an appropriate Operational Risk & Control governance.
•To communicate and to support other departments in subjects related to Operational risk & Control topics.
•To report Operational Risks status to the bank´s management
•To coordinate regular risk mapping update
•To follow up control plans of all bank´s departments and to perform control testing.
•To manage reported incidents
•To maintain internal procedures to be in line with bank´s standards.
•To ensure follow-up of all recommendations (internal and external audits, Regulators, etc.)
