IT Tester for Regional Projects

Regional IT department is in charge of delivery of requested evolutions of Information Systems for five countries in the region.

• Testing in different environments including web and mobile
• Identify, track and communicate software defects and failures to software developers, database administrators, system architects and managers
• Design, document and execute functional, regression and integration test cases
• Meeting with system users to understand the scope of projects
• Identifying business requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in testing
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
• Ability to write SQL queries and data loads to support test scenarios
• Knowledge of Browser Inspect Element and View Source tools
• Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA or HP ALM is an advantage
• Able to validate XML, XSD, REST and SOAP Messaging is an advantage
• Strong capacity for logical thinking with the ability to understand complex applications

• Interested in learning new skills and technologies, fast learner
• Team player, but able to work independently
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall software development models
• Preferred: financial services industry experience
• Communicative level of English and Czech language, to be able to share information with colleagues from other countries
• Experience with test automation is an advantage
• ISTQB certifications is an advantage
