We are seeking an enthusiastic Android Developer who will contribute to our Android Terminal Development using Java and Android.
You will work closely with the Development team and collaborate with other technical experts, analysts, and QA professionals.

Your future tasks include:
Working with the Lead Terminal Developer to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of the Product Roadmap.
Collaborating with the Product and UX/UI teams to validate requirements and designs for new features.
Partnering with peers and internal stakeholders to drive project success.
Maintaining existing codebases, troubleshooting bugs, and implementing new features.
Designing and coding from specifications, analyzing, evaluating, testing, debugging, and implementing complex payment software using Java.
Developing applications in an Agile environment with bi-weekly sprints and daily scrums to discuss ongoing development.
Managing your time effectively to meet all project deadlines.
At Bluefin, we have specific requirements for this role:
A minimum of two years of experience in creating complex, data-driven Android Java applications, ideally in the payments industry.
A Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering.
You should have the ability to take initiative and contribute new ideas in a diverse, fast-paced, and deadline-driven team environment.
Experience with Java is essential; familiarity with Lua is a plus, and knowledge of Kotlin, Flutter, or Golang is highly welcomed.
Experience in developing software for distributed systems and using version control systems such as Git is advantageous.
A typical day in this position may involve:
Engaging in daily scrum meetings to discuss progress and collaborate with team members on ongoing projects.
Iterating on feature development based on feedback from the UX/UI team and internal stakeholders.
Your working hours will typically be:
Flexible, with core hours from 9 AM to 3 PM, allowing you to adjust your schedule to fit your personal needs.
Occasional overtime may be required to meet project deadlines, but we strive to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
