Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are seeking a office manager/ Assistant to the CEO to join our team and help us revolutionize the industry of sustainable food production.
We are seeking a creative and self-motivated Sales, Marketing, and Business Development Assistant to join our team. This role offers the flexibility of remote work with bi-monthly travel to
Vienna and/or Bratislava, as well as occasional travel to trade fairs and client meetings. The ideal candidate will support our sales and marketing efforts, manage CRM tools, and contribute to our business development initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


CRM Management:
○ Manage and update HubSpot (CRM Tool) to ensure accurate and up-to-date
client information.
○ Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong relationships.
● Client Interaction:
○ Schedule and attend meetings with clients.
○ Assist in the preparation and follow-up of client interactions.
● Marketing and Social Media:
○ Manage social media channels and create engaging content.
○ Design marketing materials, including brochures and other promotional content.
Trade Fairs and Events:
○ Research and select relevant trade fairs.
○ Organize and sometimes attend trade fairs together with other team members.

● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Creativity and self-motivation are essential.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
● Willingness to travel to Vienna and/or Bratislava twice a month for in-person meetings,
and occasionally to trade fairs and events.
