Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are seeking a office manager/ Assistant to the CEO to join our team and help us revolutionize the industry of sustainable food production.
The position offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional travel to Vienna and/or Bratislava. The ideal candidate will support management in organizing calendars, meetings, and trips, as well as handling various administrative and accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
● Accounting and Financial Management:
○ Manage accounting tasks including collecting bills and updating expenses in
Excel.
○ Communicate with the accountant
○ manage and organize payments.
● Management Support:
○ Organize and manage calendars
○ Coordinate and schedule meetings.
○ Coordinate and arrange travel plans.
○ Check and process various documents.
● Administrative Tasks:
○ Ensure smooth daily operations by handling various office administrative duties.

● Proficiency in English. German language skills would be an advantage but are not
essential.
● Previous experience in an office assistant or office manager role preferred.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
● Willingness to travel to Vienna twice a month for in-person meetings. (Train Tickets will
be provided)
