Blu Global is one of Europe's fastest growing companies with headquarters in the UK, which operates in 16 European countries in Human Resourcing, looking to further strengthen its position with a number of key appointments within its European team. These roles are pivotal to the continued success and growth of the Company and the successful applicants will contribute significantly to the overall performance and continued success of the business. You will be working in your own region, sourcing candidates for a multitude of clients both in the UK and within Europe. We are looking for:

Your Responsibilities:
• Sourcing and approaching candidates using proactive and efficient networking channels, referrals and database marketing
• Outlining proper candidates through interviewing and careful assessment of each case
• In-depth talent and skill based analysis of candidates’ personalities and abilities
• Mediation through the entire hiring process
• Coordinate with our team in the UK
• Keeping neatly organized documentation, database and emailing systems

Our Requirements:
• Experience in the recruitment industry
• An understanding of international recruitment would be a distinct advantage
• Strong communication and organizations skills
• Enthusiastic people with excellent work discipline who are “hungry to win”.
• Highly responsible individual able to coordinate and meet strict targets and deadlines
