Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
In this role, you will be responsible for issuing all client-facing invoices and ensuring they are paid on time. In order to accomplish this you will be working together closely with several internal teams as well as being in touch with all our clients on a routine basis. In addition, you will assist the Senior Manager of Global Finance Operations with all ongoing projects and operations. These can vary from process optimizations to audits and from new software implementations to the training of internal teams on Finance procedures.
Your job will be to:
• Review and interpret contracts and sales orders
• Execute accurate and timely billing operations for our worldwide client base
• Ensure predictability of our cashflow by actively managing Accounts Receivable and reporting on the results weekly
• Follow up on past due accounts in a persistent yet professional manner
• Assist accounting with monthly tax filing obligations
• Assist with or own relevant projects
