We are currently expanding our Client Services team, and we’re looking for a new Technology Solutions Consultant. Could it be you?

Job description:
- You will work closely with the client to analyze the current setup of their IT systems (website, CRM, mobile app), find possibilities of integration with Exponea platform.
- Guide clients through integration of existing systems and databases with Exponea, including things like guidance/QA of front-end tagging, APIs, SFTP drops, etc.
- Collaborate with clients and Business Consultants to specify data requirements
- Set up advanced Exponea Customer Data Platform functionalities (connecting databases, internal apps, setting up weblayers, dynamic content personalization, targeted campaigns, etc.).
- Communicate regularly with clients through online channels and on-site visits.

Your colleagues:
- A Value Delivery Manager, who will manage your project, define its scope with the client and be in charge of the business strategy.
- Customer Success Manager, maintaining the relationship and long-term communication with the client.
- Data science experts (predictive behavior analysis, recommendations, and machine learning).
- Business Consultant, responsible for in-app set-up on clients projects
- Client teams – you will regularly spend a couple of days with our clients in their offices.

Our expectations of you:
- Experience in the following emerging sectors (the more the better) – online analytics, BI, data science, A/B testing, personalization, campaign optimization, automation, customer lifetime value calculation, e-mailing automation, reactivation, customer segmentation, attribution modelling, prediction.
- Desire to obtain thorough knowledge of business.
- Frontend coding experience (Javascript – jQuery, HTML, CSS) ideally for an e-shop or a product based on web technologies. Backend coding experience (node.js, python, php, SQL, BigQuery) is an asset.
- Understanding databases (what you learned at university should be enough)
- Ability to understand and actively use analytical concepts to identify which stage the business has reached, which KPIs are crucial for decision-making and which metrics the business is based on.
- Ability to communicate in English with a team of analytical consultants from all over the world.
