How would you spend
your time if you join us?
• Finding new and creative ways to discover the top-notch marketing and BI candidates via business and social channels and building candidate pipelines (being our internal Headhunter)
• Ownership of the recruiting process including creating and promoting job ads, screening candidates, and ensuring an exemplary application process
• Developing and implementing employer branding strategies in social media and elsewhere to increase the brand recognition of BizMut in the Slovak market
• Managing and documenting internal HR processes (employee onboarding and phase out, processes related to employment contracts, benefits and compensation - preparing payroll reports for external payroll company, maintaining employee records)
• Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and answering employees’ queries about HR-related issues
• Planning and organizing team and promotion events (Nase mesto, team buildings, workshops) in cooperation with Office Management

Who Are You?
• 1-2 years of previous experience in similar position (headhunting, recruitment and/or employer branding)
• Outstanding communication skills as well as a proactive mindset
• The ability to learn quickly and independently. Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks when needed
• Excellent communications skills in English and Slovak, both written and oral (German language skills are NOT required)
