Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Implementing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (Google ads, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn …) for a portfolio of diverse clients and independently manage the performance marketing spend
• Communicate and manage relationships with your assigned clients
• Analyse and optimise the performance of marketing campaigns in relation to their goals
• Regularly update and improve reports and the communication of results to all clients

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - advanced
Google AdWords - advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

• Proven digital marketing experience with any of Google ads, Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn or other digital marketing platforms
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply those skills in problem solving and other practical situations
• Ability to read and draw solid conclusions from data as well as the ability to represent that data in a clear and actionable way
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• The ability to learn quickly and independently
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks when needed
• Excellent communications skills in English, both written and oral (German language skills are NOT required)

BizMut is the performance marketing division of Finc3, one of Germany’s most well-respected and innovative digital consultancy firms and works with some top brands and online businesses such as Pipedrive, Etsy, Rosetta Stone and Merck Group. We work on a range of topics with our clients; data feed optimisation, analytics, CRM and performance marketing. We are now building out our team in Bratislava for BizMut Marketing GmbH.
