Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are currently looking to hire a Junior Online Marketing Manager as part of our fast growing Performance Marketing Team. The position would be full time and would be based in central Bratislava (Twin Cities)

As a Junior Online Marketing Manager you would be expected to:
- Support the team in the implementation of digital marketing strategies across multiple channels and for a portfolio of diverse clients
- Help in managing the performance marketing campaigns of a small number of clients across platforms like AdWords, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn as well as content distribution networks such as Outbrain, Taboola and Plista.
- Communicate with designers to produce top quality creatives for use in marketing campaigns
- Regularly update and improve reports and the communication of results to all clients

Microsoft Excel - advanced
Google AdWords - basic
Microsoft PowerPoint - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

- Good understanding of the digital marketing landscape particularly regarding AdWords, Facebooks Advertising, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn and other digital marketing platforms
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply those skills in problem solving and other practical situations
- Ability to read and draw solid conclusions from data as well as the ability to represent that data in a clear and actionable way
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel - The ability to learn quickly and independently
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks when needed
- Excellent communications skills in English, both written and oral (German language skills are NOT required)

We work on a range of topics with our clients; data feed optimisation, analytics, CRM and performance marketing. Finc3 is also behind the creation of the leading wine recommendation platform, Navinum. We are now building out our team in Bratislava for BizMut Marketing GmbH.
