Sales professional junior for Retail & Food segment

Country & location: Slovakia, preferable close to Bratislava

Responsibilities

  • Activelly selling Bizerba portfolio including hardware, software and services to the new and current customer in Retail & Food market segment.
  • Understanding the market dynamics, trends and insights
  • Develop and execute a strategic and comprehensive business plan to grow Bizerba business in Czech and Slovak Republic
  • Activelly approaching new prospects, above & beyond current Bizerba business
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with Bizerba clients, business partners and suppliers
  • Carring the anual sales target that would be linked to compensantion plan and benefits
  • On regular basis, report current status of sales target attaitment, new prospects engagements and current sales transactions
  • Participating in Retail & Food trade-shows, seminars and other Bizerba presentations
  • Act as customer "master of ceremony" by coordinating & managing end-to-end customer expectation and satisfaction with Bizerba
  • Work collaboratively with all supporting channels and departments to ensure smooth project implementation and invoicing
  • Make final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures the effective achievement of objectives
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with Bizerba HQl
  • Pro-actively and continuoesly improve knowledge of Bizerba portfolio and value proposition
  • Be a good team player and support others in meeting overall Business and organization goals
  • Maintain good audit posture and follow all the BIzerba processes and procedure

Your profile

  • At minimum 3 years’ experience in sales preferable in Retail and Food segment
  • Proven track of meeting sales targets
  • Experience in solution selling and consultative selling method
  • Technical background - have a basic hardware, software and industrial knowledge
  • Graduated degree in technical or economic field is preferable
  • Ability to work independently, goal driven, organized
  • Self-driven, working from home office
  • Honesty, stable personality with high team spirit
  • Be able to work with MS Office products
  • Good English in spoken and written
  • Flexible working hours driven by project needs
  • Ability to travel both locally and internationally up to 50% of total time
  • Driver’s license
