Operations Support Associate

We are looking for an Operations Support Associate to help us grow and expand. In this position, you will play an instrumental, cross-functional role in the daily running and development of our business. You will work closely with the whole team to help direct the development and expansion of our software platform and to increase the adoption and usage of our products.

The key responsibilities for the role include:

-Oversee Blockchain’s business and market intelligence operations.

-Build relationships and strategic partnerships with customers and suppliers.

-Reporting to the Operations Manager, you are on the front line engaging with a growing community of users.

-Resolve incoming questions from users via email effectively and efficiently.

-Document support issues and contribute to knowledge base.

-Monitor social media channels on Twitter and Facebook and make sure users receive prompt and amazing customer service.

-Support community and marketing efforts in the blockchain technology scene.

-Represent our company at international events and on social media.
