Main job description:
• Legal work in various areas of law, especially corporate and
commercial law, employment law, litigation, IP and data protection
• Drafting and review of contracts
• Legal research and analysis of legal questions
• Preparation of legal opinions and legal documents
• Communication with clients
• Monitoring changes in relevant legislation
• Support in marketing and business development activities
(newsletters, articles)
