HR Generalist

- Responsible for recruitment, selection and retention of workforce in entrusted organizational sections to meet the needs of the business
- Serve as a focal point for all Direct Labour employees´ issues. Provide support throughout the entire work cycle of employees and responsible for compliance with relevant legal requirements
- Conduct new hire orientations and properly onboard employees
- Develop and sustain effective working relationships with hiring managers, external local partners (e.g. advertising agencies, labour office, job fair organisers etc.) throughout the recruitment process
- Responsible for execution of yearly training plan according to budget for the entrusted organisation sections
- Support the welfare/employees engagement plan management
- Support and maintain a positive, value-based work environment
- Keep organized data and prepare reports according to company needs.
- Processing of attendance for payroll
- Organisation of entry and periodic medical examinations
- Responsibility for issuing PPE to employees
