Job description, responsibilities and duties
HR Intern is focused on providing effective and timely front-line customer service support for our employees, HRBPs and former employees for EU+, US and Asia-Pacific region. This position will provide support for their questions, issues and problem resolution on services such as benefits, payroll, compensation and HR policies & procedures. The HR Intern will also perform transactional activities related to all services offered from the service center and work on projects.
Main responsibilities:
1. Handling Onboarding tasks (request personal documents from candidates, creating files, completing personal files, updating documents)
2. Providing updates about contract completeness with Talent acquisition team
3. Reporting request (Completing missing information and providing to stakeholders in timely manner)
4. Helping in Audit period with completing requirements
5. Working with Vendors (Reference letters database maintenance)
6. Additional tasks assigned by manager
