Food Labeling and Complaints Specialist

We are looking for goal-oriented, creative, and proactive individuals who have a desire to shape and set trends in the food market in Slovakia.

• Preparing and verification of food labels to meet Slovak and EU food law requirements.
• Handling customer requests and complaints about product quality.
• Communicating with national inspections and authorities (inquiries, complaints, registrations).
• Analyzing the FMCG market: sampling products and working with laboratories.
• Managing reports, administrative tasks, and other language-related duties.
• Other responsibilities connected with own brand products development (products testing, administrative tasks, cooperation with suppliers).
• Auditing suppliers to ensure quality standards. – I would put it as option, cuz this point itself is highly specialized.

• Degree in food technology or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Slovak food law (mandatory).
• Knowledge of the Slovak FMCG market.
• Strong organization, communication, and English skills.
• Monthly trips to Warsaw (2-3 days) together with 1 week training in Poland required.
• Familiarity with Slovak authorities and food safety systems (nice to have).
