Marketing Specialist

• Participates in implementation of selected promotional campaigns through internal arrangements with Commercial Department and preparation of creations (co-creating briefs, developing concept of a campaign with agency and supplier)
• Conduct regular analysis of competitors' marketing strategies and promotions to identify opportunities and improve the brand’s positioning in the market
• Plan, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with business goals and drive brand awareness and sales growth
• Create and curate engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing, to effectively communicate the brand message and attract the target audience
• Manage the marketing and promotional activities for new store openings, including planning events, local advertising, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful launches
• Oversee the design, production, and distribution of marketing leaflets to ensure they are aligned with the brand’s message and contribute to marketing objectives
