IT Support Specialist

• Provide daily IT support for store and distribution center users.
• Offer remote assistance for field services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents promptly.
• Configure devices and software to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in IT projects to support organizational goals.​

• Knowledge of operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and Android.
• Familiarity with desktop software, such as Microsoft Office;
• knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Basic understanding of IT networking.
• Strong client-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.
• Native Slovakian speaker with a communicative level of English.
