Product Quality Auditor

• Conducting preliminary and control audits of product suppliers based on an internal check-list;
• Making decisions to accept/reject or re-accept a supplier;
• Providing informational, technological and quality support for manufacturers applying for the qualification of a private label product supplier in order to develop cooperation opportunities with JMS
• Dealing with consumers’ requests and complaints concerning quality of products
• Supporting decisions of HQ Quality and Commercial team in Warsaw and Bratislava
• Trainings for Quality TeamsCommunication with national inspections and authorities (inquiries, complaints, registrations)
• Organizing sensorial tests of productsReporting, administrative work and other language – related tasks

• food technology or similar

• Minimum 3 years of experience in auditing or controls of food production factories
• Proven knowledge of Quality and Food Safety Systems (mandatory)
• Experience in dealing with Veterinary Inspection and Slovak Food and Non-Food Authorities
• Experience in dealing with consumer complaints (nice to have)
• Knowledge of Slovak FMCG market
• Very good organization of work and communication skills
• Driving license and ability to travel a lot in Slovakia
• HO or HQ Bratislava in meantime (according to the Company rules)

• Visit to Warsaw 1 per month (2-3 days)1,5 month training in Warsaw, Poland required
