Brand Labeling and Quality Compliance Specialist

• Preparing labelling for food basing on Slovak food law requirements;
• Dealing with consumers’ requests and complaints concerning quality of products
• Communication with national inspections and authorities (inquiries, complaints, registrations)
• Market analysis of FMCG products: sampling, communication with laboratories
• Auditing of suppliers
• Organizing sensorial tests of products
• Supporting communication between Quality Dept in Warsaw, Poland and Commercial Dept in Bratislava
• Reporting, administrative work and other language-related tasks

• food technology or similar

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Slovak food law (mandatory)
• Experience in dealing with Veterinary Inspection and Slovak Food and Non-Food Authorities (nice to have)
• Experience in food safety and quality systems and audits (nice to have)
• Experience in dealing with consumer complaints (nice to have)
• Knowledge of Slovak FMCG market
• Very good organization of work and communication skills
• Communicative English

• Visit to Warsaw 1 per month (2-3 days)1,5 month training in Warsaw, Poland required
