Check your future responsibilities:
• Ensure the up-to-date of product data in the information system by setting suppliers and products in the system, valuing products in the system, obtaining data from suppliers and customers, verifying them, entering them into the system and making changes,
• Responsible for providing the data necessary for decision-making by creating, submitting and updating reports,
• Ensure proper documentation of processes by drafting documents, verifying their completeness, and archiving and entering data into the SAP system,
• Contribute to the flow of information between the commercial department and other Jeronimo Martins Slovakia departments and suppliers, clarifying ambiguities, confirming information and forwarding inquiries,
• Necessary administrative work for the department.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Intermediate (B1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Office - Advanced

Experience in the position/sector

min. 2 years experience in Buying Specialist position / in Retail
