Check your future responsibilities:
• Oversee third-party services provided to the HQ office, including cleaning, maintenance, and other necessary services to maintain adequate work conditions, and ensures the provision of office cleaning and hygiene products,
• Coordinate with IT department to ensure that all office equipment is functioning properly,
• Receive and distribute inbound postal mail to each department, and collect and send outbound postal mail,
• Organize and coordinate the reservation process for meeting and conference rooms in the HQ building, ensuring their availability and technical readiness for all scheduled events,
• Manage office inventory, including ordering new equipment and supplies as needed,
• Maintain communication with the building management officers in accordance with the rights and responsibilities set forth in the office lease agreement,
• Maintain accurate records of office expenses and prepares reports for expenses control,
• Closely cooperate with finance department,
• Perform additional tasks related to office administration necessities, including, but not limited to organizing office events, and coordinating with other departments as needed.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Office - Advanced
Microsoft Excel - Skillful

Personality requirements and skills

• Great organizational and communication skills
• Ability to easily adapt to work in a demanding business environment,
• Ability to work with multicultural teams.
