Tax Manager

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations in agreements and propose amendments.
• Verify company spending for correct tax classification and identify opportunities for deductibility.
• Monitor the market for new tax interpretations and judgments; update internal procedures accordingly.
• Verify company operations' compliance with tax regulations, propose solutions, and analyze potential risks.
• Conduct training on applicable tax law rules for company employees.
• Search for new tax optimization solutions through market analysis and consultant meetings.
• Prepare recommendations for minimizing tax implications in new activities and processes.
• Reports to Tax and Accounting Manager

• Proven experience in tax compliance and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
