Job description, responsibilities and duties
Description
The position of Coordinator Customer Service Local is part of the Supply and Deliver of Group BIC Services. Position is located in Sered', Slovakia and covers Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary and Balkan markets
Within the scope you will be responsible for communication with GBS (Global Business Services centre) and coordination of information flow between local functions and GBS:
-Guarantee effective communication with GBS in Sofia with regard to incoming requests from internal and external customers
-Coordinate with functional support at Local and European level to achieve service level objectives and ensure continuous improvement in customer satisfaction
-Keep proximity to the market, provide visibility, priorities and relevant information to GBS in Sofia about main promotional campaigns and key strategies
-Monitor credit risk and customer exposure, taking appropriate actions and/or escalating issues in coordination with local commercial units and GBS
-Keep all relevant stakeholders (Commercial Unit, Supply and Deliver leads) informed, collect regular feedback with the service and implement action plans to improve.
-Participate and contribute to local and international meetings
-Setup and maintain prices and promo discounts in available tools
-Support claims solving (follow-up, escalation) through appropriate communication channel (phone, email chat contact with customers) as needed
-Administration and support activities related to legal requirements (collecting and archiving documents)
-Lead or contribute in projects (e.g. system upgrade, EDI deployments, IT demands, requests from customers or other local functions)
-Monitor performance and take appropriate actions to achieve Bic business targets
Qualifications
-University degree
-2-3 year of experience in Customer Service/Supply Chain/Logistics
-Advanced English & local language
-Exposure to ERPs; JDE is a plus
-Advanced Excel
Knowledge / experience required beyond minimum qualification:
-Very good communication skills
-Customer service orientation and attention to details
-Proven ability to work in teams, with deadlines and time pressure
-Proactive team-player with “can-do” attitude
-Proven excellent problem solving and drive for results
-Strong customer focus, high ethical standards
