Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Experience in data tracking, master Supply Chain data maintenance
- MS Office Expert (MS Excel mainly), Office 365 user
- Strong IT skills, at ease with IT tools, knowledge of JDE and/or Cognos and/or Power BI is a strong advantage
- Minimum 2-3 years Supply Chain/Customer Service
- Fluent English - Oral & written
- Minimum of 1x Month travelling p. year (minimum 2 days per trip)
- "Takes Care" : will to support + Interpersonal skills
- Effective communicator & networker: connecting people and ideas, internally & externally
- Able to work on own initiative with an autonomous work approach
- Positive attitude with strong work and team ethic, self-organized and responsible team player
- Analytical & structured : able to structure a reporting and design action plans out of it
- Synthetical : able to design a process or guidelines out of several ideas, practices, opinions
- Technical expertise at least in some area of the scope (order management, warehousing, transport, cash collection, IT tools, ...)
- Accurate and detail oriented person, with good prioritisation, planning & organisational skills
- Ability to manage and meet deadlines & multitask daily activities
- Willing to learn & continuously work on increasing the expertise in the area of OTC & Logistics processes and their improvemnts/automatization
- Project management experience and skills beneficial
- Ability to adapt to many different cultures and nationalities
