Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
As junior Plant Site Supervisor you will first receive an extensive and detailed training in the properties and requirements of our chemical plants. Based on received training and gained experiences with our technologies you will act as our representative at our customer’s plant site, you will be in charge of supervising the erection work done by the customer’s service provider. You will ensure the correctness of erection works and the compliance with our quality standard, our manufacturing guidelines and contractual agreements. You are responsible for the reporting of deviations and are in constant contact with the project manager of our company.

You have already some experience as erection supervisor in similar fields. You also are trained and/ or willing in taking over responsibility and to work as sole representative of our company on the plant sites. You have a structured, well organized working style. You are stress resistant and able to work in difficult environment conditions.
A proven record of experience in international sites will be an advantage.
English: fluent (oral/writing)
Any other language welcome (German, French, Chinese, Arabic etc.)
