What will you be in charge of?

We are looking for a person with drive and hunger for success to build a cohesive branding strategy, lead and develop the branding team and execute top-class marketing campaigns with a sole purpose of growing brand awareness in a measurable way.

We own 45+ product brands and are present in 25+ EU countries, but your main focus will be “KLARSTEIN” as a product brand. You will own the whole process of strategy, planning and media buying for these established German brands of consumer goods.

OUR EXPECTATIONS OF YOU

  • Proven working experience with building brands from scratch
  • Preferably, you have 5+ years working experience as Brand strategist / Head of Branding / Team lead in a similar strategic role
  • Experience in direct communication with executive management and board
  • You are comfortable working with numbers, metrics, budgets, and spreadsheets
  • You speak and write fluently English

YOUR ROLE

  • Create global branding strategy and translate it into brand plans with measurable milestones
  • Lead creative development and implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns against their KPIs
  • Lead and develop the branding team based in Berlin, Bratislava and in other remote locations
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, positioning and communication style
