Information about the position

What will you be in charge of?

  • Collecting, assessing and proactively solving the biggest problems of customers in the purchasing process and following communication with customer.
  • Monitoring customer ratings on a daily basis. Proactively contacting customers in order to solve their negative evaluation and achieve a change in their evaluation to positive.
  • Achieving and maintaining customer business ratings above 90% (Price comparators, internal rating system).
  • Database management and monitoring of most common problems in customer journey, follow up to eliminate the negative experience
  • Check comments and messages on social networks. Delivering proactive solutions, answering product or service related questions
  • Approval of unrepairable service act and managing contract cancellation.
  • Resolving issues with lost, unavailable, unpaid or undelivered orders.
  • Short and simple translations from Slovak language into a dedicated language.
