Finance Manager

An automotive production company is looking for a highly competent and self-driven financial manager to lead a small but vitally important finance team. This role is requiring a high level of process expertise and a team-oriented personality to cooperate with wider management team across organisation. The Financial Manager is a member of local top management.

Your daily tasks will include mainly, but not only:
- leading a team of accountants
- analysing costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plan
- developing of operational controlling strategy and budget structures including budget control
- cooperation with state authorities and managing process of financial audits
- responsibility for correct fulfilment of tax and other financial liabilities
- communication with banks, suppliers and customers in therm of financial matters
- providing information and financial guidance to colleagues from management team
- setting goals and objectives
- managing budgets
- controlling income, cash flow and expenditure
