Job description, responsibilities and duties

Beneo is growing and we are looking for a new motivated team member with excellent problem-solving skills who can help our Customer Care team to deliver an excellent customer experience. It does not matter if you are junior or senior.

In this role, you will manage the relationship in between Beneo and our end customers among Europe.
You will acts as the point of contact for execution on your assigned accounts and you will play the critical role in our customer centric approach.
- Utilize all of the company’s resources to resolve customer issues
- Answering customers questions on phone and livechat
- Daily e-mail communication with customers in English, Slovak, Hungarian
- Developing satisfactory outcome for the customer and building the good name of our company
- Provide cost effective solutions to customers' issues within the company guidelines that will satisfy the customer

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Outlook - basic
Microsoft Excel - advanced
Typing - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

- Ideally worked in a call center environment
- Outstanding spoken and written English and Slovak is a must
- Ability to work in a pressured environment
- Ability to multi task
- Customer centric
- Logical mind-set and a passion for problem solving
- Good time management and attention to detail
- French, German, Spanish language skills is a big advantage
