We are looking for a full-time Customer Support Associate to join our Slovakia team.

• You are able to anticipate and respond to customers' needs with relevant solutions
• You have a Customer Success oriented focus with an interest in customer service
• Comfortable working in a skilled technical environment with rapid changes in direction and demand
• You are able to maintain organization while working with multiple stakeholders and projects in parallel
• You know the importance of keeping stakeholders informed through consistent communication
• Able to work with a high degree of professional judgement

Your skills:

• Experience with SaaS products
• Degree-level qualification (preferred but not required) in information systems/computer science, engineering/science fields, communications, or computer-related training
• Experience with managing projects
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• SQL experience advantageous

What you´ll do:

o Respond on-time to customer requests for technical support & service. Support may include:
o Assisting customers with understanding product functionality by directing them to available resources, such as Online Help, FAQs, & training materials
o Troubleshooting application errors, including documentation of the process being used when encountering the error, researching possible causes, and route to appropriate teams
o Collaborating with internal Product Experts to escalate & route errors for further guidance or solutions
o Providing written & verbal responses to customers and internal stakeholders via internal HelpMe ticketing system or over a call
o Become well-versed in our core product suite and participate in project tasks through to completion
o Work to become a Subject Matter expert in products used by customers you directly support
o Participate in User Acceptance Testing for updates in Benchmark applications
o Support product leaders in requirements gathering activities and solution development
o Partner with the Customer Relationship Managers and align with the customer’s long-term goals
o Attend customer meetings and support Customer Relationship Managers as they interact directly with customers
o Develop and maintain a solid understanding of business processes and customer enquiries
o Assist with customer implementations or training
