Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a part-time Customer Support Intern to join our Slovakia team.

Internship Specifics:

• 12 months internship with possibility of extension (based on performance & availability)
• Immediate start
• Maximum 20 hours per week
• Salary: 7 euros/hour

Who you are:

• You're a bachelor’s or master’s student in: information systems/computer science, engineering/science fields, communications, or computer-related training (proof of enrollment will be required)
• Are between 18-25 years of age
• Strong interest in customer service
• Are an enthusiastic learner & strong multi-tasker
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Basic computer troubleshooting skills
• You are able coordinate your academic obligations with internship


What you´ll do:

• Provide on-time technical support to our Customers through our HelpMe Ticketing System through regular quality communication with our customers
• Become well-versed in our applications
• Partner with the Customer Relationship Managers and aligning with the customer’s long-term goals
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing for updates in Benchmark applications
• Develop and maintain a solid understanding of business processes and customer enquiries
• Work with different departments such as the product development team to evaluate potential solutions
