We are looking for a full-time Customer Relationship Manager to join our Slovakia team.

**This position is 100% home office and we are looking for candidates located in the Bratislava area/region**

Your core duties as a Customer Resource Manager at Benchmark:

• Manage your own portfolio of existing accounts, as well as helping set up new customers on our platform.

• Develop an understanding of Benchmark's Products and Services, as well as the context in which they are used within your portfolio. Map out your accounts and align on their health, safety, governance, social and environmental goals

• Build personal rapport and create strong relationships with the customers that you will be managing. Our business is built on engagement and ideas from our customers – you will be playing a key role in building executive-level relationships and piloting this engagement. Travel and site visits are expected.

• Collaborate with your customers and Benchmark's team members to support projects, pilots, renewals, and expansion opportunities. Be proactive in positioning/upselling new applications or enhancements to your customers based on their needs.

• Take the lead in driving and managing projects through to completion. You will be coordinating the team and will be responsible for keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged.

• Report to your unit and group lead and help strategize future growth plans for your accounts. We welcome new ideas and will provide you with the tools and resources to execute them

Skills you have:

• 2+ years' experience in B2B Sales, Customer Success Management or Account Management
• SaaS experience required
• Project management experience desirable
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• German, French, or other languages are a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office (excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• High level of organization and persistence
• Self-starter that takes initiative and can delegate/collaborate with other team
• Open to travel to meet clients on site or at conferences
