Your role as an IT Business Analyst will include the following:
-Providing on-time technical support to our Customers through our HelpMe Ticketing
System by ensuring tickets do not exceed SLA and by providing regular quality
communication back to our Customers
-Helping with customer implementations and carrying projects through to completion
-Participating in User Acceptance Testing for updates in Benchmark applications
-Partnering with the Customer Relationship Managers and aligning with the customer’s long-term goals
-Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of business processes and customer enquiries
-Become an expert on our applications that would be critical to launches and projects for the European region
-Creating formal proposals based on the results of continuous analysis
-Working with different departments such as the product development team to evaluate potential solutions
-Assisting in compiling cost proposals based on the effort required to make changes or activate features/applications
Requirements:
• Experience with SaaS products
• Degree-level qualification in information systems/computer science, engineering/science fields, communications, or computer-related training (Preferred)
• Experience with managing projects
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and Outlook
• Basic computer troubleshooting skills
• SQL experience advantageous
• Experience in defining requirements for solutions in multiple-entity environments
