Responsibilities:
-Assist and support day to day Business Development and sales engagement activities with prospective customers by email, telephone and online meeting.
-Be the first point of contact and respond to incoming queries generated from the website and marketing events in a timely manner, circulating summaries internally and updating internal contact databases
-Coordinating meetings and demonstrations for prospective customers with available sales persons
-Creation of service cost proposals for prospective customers to the requirements of the salesperson
-Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial responses to large-scale competitive tender opportunities
-Assist with drafting sales tools, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required
-Support lead generation activities as appropriate with targeted outreach to prospective clients
Qualifications & Experience:
Excellent English oral and written communication skills (Essential)
1 to 3 years relevant experience in an administration or support role (Essential)
IT knowledge and computer competences in MS packages (Essential)
Experience generating costing estimates & proposals (Desirable)
Personal Skills:
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Highly organized and self-motivated
Efficient in time management with ability to prioritize workload
Good service manner – able to stay calm under pressure
