Beliani is a successful e-commerce company located in Szczecin (Poland). We employ over 500 people who manage to offer our customers a vast selection of home and garden furniture in 19 countries. Our business includes product management, logistics, customer service, HR, finance, marketing and IT.
To our team Business Development Czech and Slovak we are looking for additional support to provide better customer service. We are a young and dynamic team with a lot of positive energy - join or department and have an influence on company service.
Your responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers through various channels (phone, e-mail, chat and social media channels)
- Processing orders and solving customer issues
- Supporting eCommerce projects and dealing with partner sites and marketplaces
- Providing Marketing support eg. translations of product descriptions, newsletters and offers from English to Czech and Slovak
- Testing and updating the website
Who are we looking for:
- You are located in Szczecin (Poland) or would like to relocate.
- The job offer is for native speakers or for proficient users of both Czech and Slovak (spoken and written)
- You have great written and communications skills
- Intermediate level of English or Polish is essential
- You are an all-rounded, self-motivated, problem solver and an entrepreneurial person with hands-on mentality
- You are passionate and self-driven and able to work in a start-up environment
- You are eager to learn and develop
