Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Purchase of materials and services, delivery dates and payment
- Responsible for delivery of the goods (services) at the required time and quality
- Your responsibility will be to manage the Source to Pay process: transform purchase requests into orders, solve complaints in accordance with the agreed rules with the category coordinator.
- Within the scope of the assigned product/ service group, you will update SAP data
- Responsible for reporting of transaction volume and cost analysis at all levels; You will regularly report open orders after the delivery date, achieved savings and suppliers delivery performance
- Responsible for finding and selecting suitable suppliers
- Prepare, manage, monitor documentation and ensure communication with internal customers and buyers for international and complex transactions
- You will be the contact person for the supplier's business, financial and technical matters
