Job description, responsibilities and duties
• You closely follow up sales performance per region & product segment
• You ensure commercial excellence in the operational sales activities (quarterly and yearly preparations for negotiations, collecting customer- and competitor intelligence,…)
• You manage the accounts of sawing wire and diamond wire (new products introduction/testing/evaluation, specification handling, complaint handling)
• You develop a deep understanding of your accounts and related business environment
• You develop, propose, implement and communicate a customized value adding business strategy for your account
