Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Your responsibility will be supporting Technical Management Wire Rod team in close cooperation with the Regional technical manager
• You will be responsible for daily operational support regarding technical wire rod aspects to the business partners in the region
• You will assist with the handling of wire rod claims in the region and manage the complaint communication for Slovakia
• Your responsibility will be preparing and participating in technical meetings with suppliers
• You will facilitate trials, improvement actions, feedback, take care of reporting in relation to wire rod and wire rod supplier development
• Your role will be sample handling and testing result evaluation
• Your role will also be back up for Global technical assistant wire rod (material and inspection plan creation and management)
