Job description, responsibilities and duties

— Participation in M&A transactions, due diligence projects according to instruction from subordinates
— Participation in various management consulting, corporate financne, financial modelling and HR consulting projects according to instruction from subordinates
— Preparation of various analysis, benchmark studies, market research
— Support on internal trainings and workshops preparation
— Support with the preparation of proposals for clients
— Supporting more senior members of the teams
— Team management and leadership

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) or German - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - advanced
Microsoft Word - advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

— University degree (preferably economic background)
— English – advanced and/or German – advanced
— Min. 1-2 years of working experience in Audit, M&A, Private Equity or Financial Controlling
— Knowledge of accounting, very good understanding of financial statements
— MS Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint a Microsoft Outlook) – advanced
— Analytical and logical thinking, strong financial analysis skills
— Strong client focus
— Team player
— Good time management skills
— Responsible and enthusiastic
— Open to learn new things and be interested in own development
— Good communication skills
— Experience in the field of team management and leadership
