Tasks & Responsibilities:

Provide overall support to CEEC senior leadership in executing the Net Revenue Management and trade programs, establishing proper governance/processes, identifying and evaluating opportunities, performing analytics and completing other ad-hoc tasks to deliver Net Revenue Management goals

Liaise with Global Net Revenue Management team to track opportunity realization and value delivery as well as to share / learn best practices

Develop and maintain strong understanding of relevant markets, trends, channel and competitive dynamics, value and consumer drivers (i.e. journey, needs, behavior); deliver effective presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to counterparts and senior leaders

Conduct detailed analyses across Net Revenue Management levers, including analysis of company/competitor pricing, product offerings, product mix management, promotion, and trade terms management, in partnership with Regional Marketing and local category/brand teams

Coordinate, manage and track performance of Net Revenue Management goals, ensuring prompt reaction to changes of conditions and gap in delivering value

Drive “Liberalization of data” principle through establishing comprehensive data cube and efficient tooling releasing actionable insights; support wide adaptation of the enablers across functions

Build Net Revenue Management acumen in CEEC countries: develop capabilities and knowledge of Net Revenue Management and trade methodologies, analyses and outputs and translate that to other members of the organization

Who You are:

Master’s degree preferably in accounting, big data, data analysis or similar;

A minimum of 8 years of experience in a commercial business role required (e.g. pricing, marketing, sales or business development)

Strong analytical background with proven track record of pushing analysis to actionable recommendations, ability to work with large data packs

Strong financial acumen

Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional groups

Proficiency with quantitative and analytical tools including Excel; & Tableau,

Experience in financial modelling skills required

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills, with ability to influence key stakeholders

Strong sense of autonomy and drive, entrepreneurial mindset and "can do" attitude

Experience in pricing or promotion strategy a plus

Fluent English is a must plus one of local languages, the Candidate might seat in PL/CZ/SK/RO
