Finance Analyst/Controller

We are seeking a motivated Finance Analyst/Controller to join our team, based in Slovakia, with responsibility for supporting financial operations of our German plant. This position is critical to ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and insightful analysis across cross‑border operations.

What You’ll Do

• Manage month‑end close activities including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports with variance analysis and commentary.
• Oversee inventory management variance analysis (including tracking excess, obsolete, and capital variances).
• Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation.
• Assist in budget preparation and forecasting for the German plant.
• Build financial models and dashboards to track KPIs and performance.
• Provide actionable insights to management through data analysis and presentations.

International Collaboration

• Work closely with German plant leadership to align financial reporting and planning.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams across countries to ensure consistent processes and compliance.
• Act as a bridge between Slovakia and Germany, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration on financial matters.
