Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Ensure that new products manufactured by supplier are in accordance with all specified product quality requirements
• Review and assess supplier manufacturing processes and collaborate with suppliers on process improvement to meet our specifications
• Visit suppliers on a proactive & regular basis (located mainly in Slovakia, Hungary, Germany)
• Lead systems and on-site supplier process audits
• Support the supplier during samples production to achieve the requested specification by providing technical guidance and sharing Bauer’s experience
• Facilitate the escalation of unresolved supplier quality issues within assigned projects and suppliers
