Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Processing of customer enquiries
- Calculation of drive applications
- Selection and configuration of drives and preparation of quotations
- Quotation tracking in coordination with the sales force
- Telephone consultation with customers
- Clarification of applications with the technical departments
- Support of the field service
- Occasional visits of key customers
- Management, support and handling of demanding projects
- Development of new application solutions
- Encourage continuous product and process improvements
