Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Responsibility for and handling of end-to-end VAS (value added services) processes (administration
and customer registration for international VAS products & services)
• Contact person for VAS operations related issues, coming from indoor & outdoor sales / customer
support teams or suppliers/partners
• Support and train local Card Sales and CSO departments in dealing with VAS processes and overall VAS
product & service package
• Act as competence center for international VAS product & service offer
• Operational and commercial relationship management with VAS providers
• International reconciliation of money flows between company and suppliers/partners including
reporting of VAS turnover and fees
• Central monitoring of VAS transactions in the card systems
• Optimize, adjust and harmonize existing VAS processes incl. interfaces
• Validation of VAS handling/processes in card systems
• Responsibility for coordination of VAS change request & requirements (incl. process setup and
monitoring)
• Collaboration with Card Central Services and IT, quality assurance/release of system changes or new
functionality in the company card systems
• Interface management within Card and other departments (Retail, Legal, Finance, etc.)
• Complaint management in close cooperation with the team lead
• Regular monitoring market developments in VAS products & services
• Identify new market potentials and actively initiate development projects in line with VAS strategy
• Responsibility for pro-active documentation and knowledge management of product offer, process
description and change management.
• Stand-in in daily business operations within VAS team

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) or German - Upper intermediate (B2) or Hungarian - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• University Education – Master.
• Relevant professional sales experience of min 2-3 years
• Strong teamwork abilities
• Working in international, multicultural teams
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Project management skills
• Technical understanding
• Advanced skill level in MS Office knowledge
• Flexibility and willingness for business travel
• English MUST / German or Hungarian advantage
