Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Managing the customers' risk portfolios, to optimize the mix of company sales and bad debt losses.
• Accountable for the consistent application of the company credit policy.
• Maintaining a department organizational structure sufficient to meet all goals and objectives.
• Optimizing customer collections, close monitoring of potential bad debt.
• Supervising the calculation and daily follow-up of customer credit limits.
• Supervising weekly credit reporting.
• Managing actively relationships with relevant partners incl. sales team, Share Service Center and
customer accounting departments.
• Group holding companies' accounting and tax activities management in cooperation with external
companies.
• Reviewing the contracts from the Finance perspective to ascertain compliance with the accounting
and tax rules.
• Overseeing the preparation of statutory financial statements and statistical reports, and ascertaining
compliance with all reporting requirements in the Accounting and Finance area.
• Participation in external and internal audits of companies in the company region.
• Preparation of proposals for profit distributions in the company region.
• Periodical review and update of local accounting guidelines.
• Preparation of training for Share Service, business, and other stakeholders in the accounting and
finance area (periodic credit reviews of existing customers, and assessment of the creditworthiness of
potential customers).
2.Accounting:
• Under the guidance of Head of Accounting, Taxes and Treasury is supervising accounting practices,
overseeing accounting and tax compliance with local and group accounting guidelines.
• Group holding companies' accounting and tax activities management in cooperation with external
companies.
• Reviewing the contracts from the Finance perspective to ascertain compliance with the accounting
and tax rules.
• Participation in finance projects.
• Overseeing the preparation of statutory financial statements and statistical reports, and ascertaining
compliance with all reporting requirements in the Accounting and Finance area.
• Participation in external and internal audits of companies in the company region.
• Preparation of proposals for profit distributions in the company region.
