- Business partnership with branch and business unit managers locally and internationally in Slovakia and the Czech Republic
- Managing a complex human resources agenda
- Overseeing internal regulations and legal changes
- Control of internal HR processes
- Coordination of talent management processes
- Implementation of HR projects
- Payroll analysis

- Min 5 years of experience on similar position
- Experience with sales organisations in international environment
- University degree in Human Resources or related field
- Advanced English language skills (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of HR systems, tools, and solutions
- Experience in implementation of HR projects
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately
- Good command of Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask, openness to changes and diverse situations
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Prague
