Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Prevention and minimization of bad debts by co-operation with sales force (according to the relevant
Credit Management Process Description)
• Responsible for card back office operation, verification of payments, and complete card risk
management
• Responsible to develop and implement process optimizations, automations and harmonization based
on defined service levels
• Adequate adjustment of customer credit limits in compliance with the Standards to the Corporate
Directive Credit Risk Management
• First level support for Specialist Customer Service Operations in case of complex issues.
• MEX Monitoring and related real time services based on the Credit Management Process Description
and the Corporate Directive Credit Risk Management
• Credit limit review for new/existing customers including CLR WF process (initiator role)
• Responsibility for minimization of risks via credit insurances: requesting of credit insurance,
adjustment of credit volume if necessary; handling of negative decisions (cancellation, reduction);
handling of compulsory registration and notification of claims; follow up of indemnification received
from the Credit Insurance and on payments received from customers
• Support for International CLR, maintain of relevant data in NFC
• Fraud detection for Card customers based on the Fraud Detection Process Description
• Fraud detection of RTX Partners and TPC´s

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Advanced (C1)

• Proven customer service experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills , active listening
• Customer orientation – ability to adapt to different types
• SAP and CRM system experience – advantage
• MS Office Word and Excel – basic user
• Positive towards changes and flexible
