Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Manage and develop the customer portfolio within Home care and personal care industries
in Slovakia, Hungary and Czech republic
• Hunt for new customers and actively increase market share
• Identify customers needs and potential in order to increase the knowledge of customers of
company´s products and product portfolio
• Define customer strategies depending on customer segmentation, industry and strategic fit
• Advise customers on suitable company´s products and ensure technical support as required
• Provide regular communication and reporting (sales forecasts /

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Hungarian - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2)

Driving licence

Personality requirements and skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills, incluence and professional presentation
• University education (chemistry, science or business with natural science interest)
• Preferably 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferrably in the chemical / personal or home care sector
• Graduates with a strong drive to learn and ambition will also be considered
• English, together with Slovak/Czech and Hungarian are required
• Willingness to travel 2-3 days per week
